Quail Hollow — Los Osos Community Access Trail

A community trail and coastal dune scrub habitat restoration between Ramona Ave and Ferrell Ave, next to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve.

This project would open a walking trail through the Quail Hollow parcel, creating a safe walking route toward Monarch Grove Elementary via Ferrell Ave while restoring coastal dune scrub habitat. The design preserves the site's existing oak woodland and special-status vegetation.
