A safe walking route toward Monarch Grove Elementary via Ferrell Ave, plus coastal dune scrub habitat restoration on the Quail Hollow parcel.

Planting Project at Los Osos Community Park
The committee has been working with County Administration, Parks, and Public Works to plant the strip of bare land between LOVR and the sidewalk, adjacent to the skate park. Permits have been granted and a planting plan is complete (available under T&L archives). The final step is gaining permission to water the area with recycled water. Planting is tentatively slated for Fall 2026.
