The recording of the LOCAC General Meeting held July 22, 2021 can be found off the link below. It began recording late. Missing is the Call to Order, the announcement that LOCAC would continue using Zoom for the summer, and the request for the Sheriff’s report, but he was not present for this meeting. The recording begins where Captain Greg Klingenberg, Coast Highway Patrol, has given his accident report – 4 collisions and 4 DUIs, answers the question on who does traffic studies in areas where many traffic accidents occur.
LOCAC voted to recommend for approval the Stamback project. There were concerns about water usage, but it passed 8 for, 2 against.
LOCAC voted to recommend for approval the Safina project providing everything required by the county to bring this structure up to code is completed. 8 for, 2 abstained.
On June 28th, 2021, LOCAC members voted by email to elect Deborah Howe to the position of LOCAC Treasurer. The vote was 10-0 in favor of this appointment. The vote was taken between meetings because of the time sensitive nature of several issues that can only be handled by the Treasurer. The draft minutes are below.

An emergency LOCAC meeting was held via email, Wednesday, June 9, in order to approve a letter to Supervisor Bruce Gibson in time for Supervisor budget meetings next week. The letter can be found on this link, page 4:
There is one correction to the letter. Under the Land Use signature, it reads ” 1 member abstained.” That is incorrect. One member voted No and wished to be identified as a No vote, Julie Tacker.
